A Screen Jumping Effect
1. Select the Screen
Open your image of a mobile or other similar display device. Here's the images I'll be using:
2.
Import the Images
Import both images in different windows.
3. Adjust Image
Bring the image into Screen window (Mobile
window) R you can copy and paste the image in Screen window and make the opacity
to 70 to 50 so you can adjust in mobile screen. Adjust the object (in my case
it’s whale) little bit out from screen. So object look like it pop out from
screen.
4. Grab Pen tool
Now Grab Pen tool and start selecting the
mobile screen and also cover the object in (in my case it’s whale) selection
just shown below in the picture. So whatever we selected that part only comes
in over final image.
5. Make a selection
Now just needs to go in option bar and click
on make selection. When you click on make selection one window pop will appear.
This is for feather. In there you need to put “0” because we need sharp edges.
So it looks like screen. Hit OK and after that your whole path will convert in selection.
6. Inverse the selection
Your path is converting in selection after
that now time to make inverse the selection. To inverse the selection need to
go in Menu Bar > Select > Inverse OR CTRL + SHIFT + I. Then it wills
inverse the selection. The part which we don’t want that is in between the
selection.
Remember that Upper Layer is selected (Not
Mobile or Screen one).
7. Delete rest of part
Next step is just need to press Delete button
on your key board. So the unwanted part which is in between two selections is
disappeared.
8. Final Image
To get final image just press CTRL + D that
will deselect the selection line. Lastly increase the opacity of the image to
100% and you will get your final image. You can put nice background for nice
look.
